Our History

Today Graham Whitehead & Manger is a full service agency selling Engineered components with four outside salesman and complete support staff.

Originally located in Litchfield, CT, Graham, Whitehead and Manger was founded in 1963 by William H. Whitehead as a one man sales agency specializing in the fastener field of manufacturing. The W. H. Whitehead Company relocated to Fairfield CT in 1966. The company has maintained an office in Southern Connecticut ever since. 

During the Mid 1970's the company expanded sales services into all of the New England states and formed an office in the greater Boston area. In 1977 Lyle Graham joined the agency covering the Massachusetts office and servicing the Northern states. By 1985 Graham & Whitehead transitioned away from standard fastener sales and evolved into custom fastener and engineered components.  This evolution proved to be a promising expansion for Graham & Whitehead as the agency became more focused on engineered applications. 

The company has grown over the years to be a true multi-man agency selling engineered components through out New England and lower New York. In 1996 Rob Manger became a partner and took over the management of the CT Office. Today Graham Whitehead & Manger is a full service agency selling Engineered components with four outside salesman and complete support staff.
